RETURNS
You can return your item, the return costs are your responsibility.
If you are not completely satisfied. Please note that this option only applies to products purchased from www.https://seraleen.com/en/ .
We can exchange the returned products or you can get a full refund of your original order if the return period is respected.
Please also note that for makeup products, hair coloring, hair extensions we try to represent our shades as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see may vary slightly from one screen to another.
On the other hand, products made specifically for you cannot be exchanged or refunded.
SIMPLE RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products if they do not suit you. All returns are refunded to the same payment method as the original order.
If you received a FREE product or GIFT with your order, you must include them with your return in order to receive a full refund. However, you can keep the samples you received with your order, they are yours, enjoy them!
Products returned after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be refunded.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and the right of return:
In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and unless expressly agreed between the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products:
- For reasons of hygiene or health protection: underwear .....
- Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized ;
-Supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection ;
-The supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles ;
-Of supply of a digital content not supplied on a material support whose execution began after prior express agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of withdrawal.
Defective or incorrect products
For defective or incorrect products, you can return them and get a refund or contact our customer service.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Terms of return
The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the day of receipt of the goods. To do this, he must fill out the withdrawal form or contact the soap at seraleen.paris@gmail.com
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense except if the order was placed with Paypal: the customer can be reimbursed for the return shipping costs if he meets the required criteria.

In all cases, the customer will have to keep the proof of the deposit of his parcel. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
All returned products must be sent back perfectly intact and complete.
Dirty products are not accepted.
Upon receipt of the package, we will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods.
No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use and damage renders the products unfit for sale.
At the time of delivery, if the customer refuses the parcel without reason related to its bad state, the expenses of transport return will be deduced from the refunding of the products according to the scale colissimo without signature in force at that time.
A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed.
For hygienic reasons, wigs, weaves and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (hats, scarves, combs, brushes, curlformers, etc.), massage gloves are neither returned nor exchanged.
The customer's responsibility will be engaged in case of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods.
We will reimburse the consumer for all sums paid for the returned and accepted products without undue delay and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We will make the refund using the same payment method as the one used by the customer for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another payment method and as long as the refund does not incur any costs for the customer.
What are the deadlines and methods of reimbursement ?
Upon receipt of the products, the refund will be made within 10 working days, on the original payment method.
Refund of an order paid with a credit card
The amount of an order paid by credit card will be re-credited to your bank account.
Refund by online credit
You will be reimbursed with an online credit:
- If your order was paid with this method of payment.
- If you are returning an item received as a gift.
Refund of an order paid with a PayPal account
The amount of an order paid via a PayPal account will be re-credited to your PayPal account.
I returned a product, but I still haven't received my refund, is this normal ?
Don't worry! We will refund your order as soon as we receive it at our warehouse.
ATTENTION: The delay may be slightly extended in case of high activity.
I want to modify/cancel my order, what should I do ?
In order to guarantee the shortest possible delivery time, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been validated.
Don't panic! You have a 14 days retraction period, upon receipt of your package, to return all or part of your order. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
