TERMS OF DELIVERY
Our products are generally available. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order you will be immediately notified by email or telephone. You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice: home, work or any other address that you have selected in your address book.
1- DELIVERY TIMES
All products are 99% available. The delivery time is generally 7 working days for any order placed before 3 pm to which you must add the time of the routing of your parcel, i.e. 2 working days in colissimo mode followed on the French territory and 3 days in the rest of Europe. These delivery times do not include transport problems (strikes, weather problems..).
Seraleen is in no way responsible for delays caused by transport problems. You can track your package at any time on www.colissimo.fr, www.chronopost.com , www.ups.com by requesting your tracking number from our Customer Service.
Your order is taken into account only once validated by our sales department upon receipt of your payment. The effective availability of your product is then confirmed by email, at the latest 3 working days after validation of your order.
Finally: If your product is "in stock" it means that we transmit in 3 to 5 working days (for any order placed and paid before 15h), the order of forwarding to our warehouse. Orders placed and paid after 3pm will be processed the next day. If your product is not available in stock, you will be informed by email of the shipping delay.
2- PLACE OF DELIVERY
Our carriers deliver everywhere in France, DOM/ TOM, Europe (EEC), world zone. By clicking on "Your Account" and then on "My address book", you can easily manage up to 5 different delivery addresses. At your convenience, you can choose according to the orders to be delivered to your home, your workplace or a friend's house (gift or vacation).
3- SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
We work exclusively with La Poste, Chronopost, and UPS whose reputation is no longer to be established. Your package is delivered to the address of your choice. As soon as we proceed with a shipment, you will immediately receive an email to inform you. These carriers have the advantage of knowing how to deliver perfectly to individuals as well as to companies.
Concretely, if you are absent the day of the delivery, your carrier will leave you a notice of passage in your mailbox, which will allow you to withdraw your parcel later during 15 days, at your convenience. On simple mail of your share, we can obviously communicate you your number of parcel.
On the other hand, concerning the loss of a parcel, we are unfortunately not responsible for the facts of the Post office, Chronopost or UPS and we will be able to proceed to a new forwarding only after the establishment by the conveyor of the declaration of official loss, i.e. after 21 days. Similarly, in the event of an impromptu strike by postal workers, we decline all responsibility for late delivery.
4- DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs depend on the weight of your package and the delivery method chosen and the country or region of destination. Shipping costs may be offered under promotional conditions, in this case a minimum order amount will be specified on the promotional offer concerned on the home page of the site.
Orders placed by "collissimo" Home or relay point may benefit from free shipping beyond the order amount set on the site (150 €) for France only, deliveries "chronopost" have free shipping from 220 € for France only.
5- TRACKING YOUR ORDER
At each step of the processing of your order, an e-mail is automatically sent to you for a real time follow-up. To follow the status of your order online at any time, simply log in to our site and view your order in the list of past orders accessible from your account page. An updated status of your order will appear instantly on your screen! In addition, you can contact our Customer Service for any additional information.
